We are experiencing a major consciousness shift. These types of changes often present themselves in ways you least expect. Considering we live in 3-D reality, one must account for the dominant energy (positive or negative), focus and attention, and belief playing a considerable role in such shifts. We are witnessing one of many such shifts at this time.
It’s no secret that current times are trying and uncertain. If you look around you, there are all kinds of negative things occurring in the world; unfortunately, it’s nothing new. However, in truth, with change comes discomfort. With growth, there must be recognition of what isn’t healthy, safe, or beneficial to remove any obstacles to positive progress—hence creating a shift in perception, awareness, and alignment of outcomes.
Some may ask, “How can I stay positively centered during these trying times?” And although it’s difficult to do, you can find and maintain your center.
Your power in how you choose to deal with “anything” depends on where you place your focus, belief, and how you mindfully carry out your actions.
Collectively, that power can move mountains, expedite change quickly, and facilitate solutions for the long-term. Naturally, I am speaking of utilizing this power positively. The same goes for if you choose to focus, believe, and apply negative actions towards anything. For doing this lends more energy and power to fuel negativity. Which is why it’s so important to be mindful and consciously aware.
In my mind, consciously aware is different than just being informed because you use discernment and critical thinking. Being informed alone isn’t enough, nor is it always dependable, particularly these days. Depending on where the source of your information is coming from, details may not be in full disclosure nor accurate.
I encourage you to become consciously aware, center your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in positivity and optimism while you navigate your way through your discernment and critical thinking. Doing this doesn’t make one ignorant nor impractical to reality. Quite the contrary, what you are doing is choosing to place your energy and faith towards a positive outcome, yet practice mindfulness in your daily approach.
This method will certainly help you manage not only your stress, the impact of how your surroundings impact your perception, and how you engage with them. Remember who you are, stay positively focused, trust, and use discernment. Like all things, this moment in time will soon pass.
