We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.
Responsible Use and Conduct
By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for you, either directly or indirectly (hereafter referred to as ‘Resources’), you agree to use these Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.
Wherein, you understand that:
a. In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account/s.
c. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical, or unconventional means.
d. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.
e. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our Resources is strictly prohibited.
f. You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.
g. We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share or otherwise distribute any content that:
i. Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit language;
ii. Infringes on any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
Iii. Contains any type of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising;
Iiii. Impersonates any person or entity, including any CHRISTMASMILLER.COM employees or representatives.
j. You acknowledge you are at least 18 years of age and have not been declared incompetent.
We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
i. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Illuminations Intuitive Consult LLC and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
Limitation of Warranties
By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available”. This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:
i) the use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements.
ii) the use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors.
iii) the information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable, and
iv) any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.
Furthermore, you understand and agree that:
v) any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Resources is done at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.
vi) no information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral, or written, obtained by you from Illuminations Intuitive Consult LLC or through any Resources we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to absolve the company of any and all liability of loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of the use of the information contained on this website and/or the resources you may download from this website. You agree that the company shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages for use of this website.
The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. The company and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the website at any time.
The company and/or its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
All content and materials available on CHRISTMASMILLER.COM, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Illuminations Intuitive Consult LLC or its suppliers and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by Illuminations Intuitive Consult LLC.
Termination of Use
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
This website is controlled by Illuminations Intuitive Consult LLC from our offices located in the state of Georgia, USA. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Georgia, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Georgia, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.
Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in the USA, Georgia You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, ILLUMINATIONS INTUITIVE CONSULT LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Payments and Refunds
Private Individual Coaching Services are entered into by contract are bound by the agreement within that contract which includes a refund policy.
Digital Coaching Programs and E-Courses are sold “AS IS” and there are no refunds on these products or services.
Private Intuitive Consultations are sold “AS IS” and there are no refunds on these services. Individual consultations by phone and email must be used within 45 days of purchase or deemed invalid unless they are part of a bulk package that offers extended time or a special promotion that extends the time.
Group Coaching (Live or Virtual Programs): Attendance at Live Sessions is not required to participate in Live Group Coaching Programs as recordings are sent within 7 days of broadcast. There are no refunds on any live or virtual group coaching programs.
Workshops (Live In-Person Events): There are no refunds on live workshops, retreats, or private events. Purchase can be used towards certain services and products within 6 months from the date of purchase after a request is made in writing and the service request is agreed upon by management.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice any issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report to [email protected] Write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible. Please be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Missed Appointments/No Shows/Rescheduling/Expiration Dates
There are no refunds for consultations and coaching sessions with the exception of the coaching agreement for coaching packages. With that in mind, appointments are booked on a first-come, first-serve pre-payment basis. This is to ensure that your appointment slot is available to you when you want it. If you are not available at the time of your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your entire session. If you contact us in writing within 24 hours prior to your appointment or make the change online yourself, you have the opportunity to reschedule your session.
You have the ability to change your appointment via the email confirmation you receive when scheduling but you can only make the change online if your appointment is booked over 24 hours from the time of the desired change. If it is under 24 hours you will have to contact the office by phone or via email. If you miss or reschedule more than three (3) appointment changes within a 6-month period, you may forfeit your ability to receive services. This notification requirement process ensures that you don’t forfeit your session after making payment.
If you purchased a bundled package of minutes, booked a session, and are not available at the time of your appointment you forfeit the minutes that you have booked. They will be subtracted from your package. We understand that things come up and changes need to be made which is why we ask that you notify us ahead of time. If you fail to do this you will lose your session time.

Contributions to Company Website
Illuminations Intuitive Consult LLC provides an area for our users to contribute feedback to our website. When you submit ideas, documents, suggestions, and/or proposals (“Contributions”) to our site, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) your Contributions do not contain any type of confidential or proprietary information;
b) IIC shall not be liable or under any obligation to ensure or maintain confidentiality, expressed or implied, related to any Contributions;
c) IIC shall be entitled to make use of and/or disclose any such Contributions in any such manner as they may see fit;
d) the contributor’s Contributions shall automatically become the sole property of IIC; and
e) IIC is under no obligation to either compensate or provide any form of reimbursement in any manner or nature.
